1. Create an easy to follow flyer

Create a poster that indicates how guests should texts their song requests in. A simple QR and "Scan to Request" works well. View a few examples or use this Canva Template. Putting to many social links makes it tricky for guests!

2. Use one call-to-action in the custom replies

Aim to focus on the one thing you want users to do: ask for a tip? follow on Instagram? View your website?
Pick ONE call to action and use the full web link instead of just the username tag.

3. Don't forget to end the event!

When the event concludes, please End Event in the Live View settings. This will send the Thank-you message and prevent others from sending in song requests.

4. Bookmark your permanent Live View link

Each RequestNow event number has a permanent Live View link associated with it. This will always load the present event, so you don't need to worry about finding the link. Bookmark this on your device and the Live View will be ready to go!

5. Set Canned Replies

Users on the Pro plan or Unlimited Plans can set Canned Replies in your Profile. This makes it easy to respond to guests without having to type custom response each time.

6. Set an Away Message

When you're not hosing an event, our system will respond to guests with your away message. This is a great way to connect potential customers to your website or contact info. You can set this message on the Numbers tab.

7. Drive more engagement by running a Raffle

In the Live View setting tab, you can run a raffle. This can encourage more guests to text into the system. For example, "i want everyone to text me their favorite song. I will be picking a winner randomly!"

8. Review our Photo Wall feature

Photo Wall is a great way to provide more value and up-sell to your clients. It allows guests to text in photos to a live slideshow and/or a post-event album. It's been getting great feedback amongst guests and a great way to offer something new and standout.
